And so they say, assurance is essential, important when handling a patient; something i didn't quite grasp in class. How could strings of verbal actions be comforting to another, i often wondered. Boy, did assurance proved to be chicken soup when i was at the dentist's early (at inhumane hours if u ask me) this very morning.
