![]() If you haven't realized, by now, that I'm into Virgin Queen Elizabeth, chinese emperors & empresses etc, (WHY DON'T YOU KNOW THAT ABOUT ME) you ought to be beheaded. Something about these people, just fascinates me entirely. & it's not just their riches or their pretty clothes or the powercraze. It's the battles, the struggles that wage inside their individual 'prisons', just clicks inside me. The kind of battles, that is tenfold the normal civilian's. You know, more often than usual, we judge by what we hearsaysee. We pass comment, we stereotype; as always, the grass is greener on the other side. But i guess that's us; 'always ready to say before we understand' us. What struck me the most when i caught 'The Young Victoria' today, was the way her mother (under the pressure from her lover) was actually doing V like a fucking marionette. That just hit homerun with me: the lover influencing the mom to control her child. The things mothers do, in the name of self-proclaimed motherly-love. It is admirable what V went through the day she claimed the throne till the day she passed on (Albert died at 42!?) . The flick's focus was more on her love life, & the throne. More focus should be on her well-known kinkiness & gigantic appetite! Sunday, May 31, 5/31/2009 07:39:00 PM
Heat detectors & temperature-takingsI'm grossed out by the fact that, Influenza A has somehow bypassed all preventive measures, & surfaced in our 5th singaporean host. Undetectably, I.A was air-flown into our sunny shores. Fingers crossed, extra measures will be taken to protect her people. Toes crossed, the medical team will not be overworked, as the previous Code: Yellow. Keira Knightley is awesome Atonement was good. Caught it first thing this weekend, along with the rest of the week's recorded shows (Starter wife!) DONCHA JUST LOVE CABLE. WOOO UP next! Drag me to hell maybe? Terminator: Salvation wasn't half as bad as i thought it was. Loved the Arnie spoof; the term T-800s constantly reminded me of my Uniqlo products (their jeans are coded T-000). *Definitely necessary for you to catch the Terminator movies / telly series prior to the movie. More footage should be given to Helena B.Carter. What do you know, it's National Service! Work's a bitch (that makes the two of us) & i'm this close to strangling someone (you know who you are. wear armour please and pray i dont break your neck). Srsly, some people are programmed to piss the living cuckoos out of your mind; thank God for the sweethearts at work. Sunday, May 24, 5/24/2009 07:02:00 PM

I'm a marshmellow with a hard shell of chocolateMy bio-alarm is OFFICIALLY screwed. Sleeping at 5 on sunday morning & for a mere 3 hours for church, backfired last night. I woke up at 3am this morning, feeling the adrenaline pumps of a Friday morning. Been up ever since. :3 I feel so groggy & my brain feels like marshmellow fondued. Yan Fey Fey Lunch with YF yesterday (glad we did); been forever since the both of us did so! :) Glad to be able to share the things i did, with you & vice versa. It's refreshing to have his perception on things, as compared to the small talk made with others. And do pick up French (again) please. So you can speak french, while whipping up tasty treats for this year's christmas party! BOOOOOZE*. Tickets for melbourne Purchased! Collecting them later today. I CAN'T WAIT FOR END OCTOBER. Fabian whacking Sam, like a mom walloping her child, was priceless (TWISTAL GOT WHIPPED CREAM-ED). Totally exhausted ourselves out during the MADE LAUNCH: CANDY MONOPOLY EMPIRE today.

I just got back from the movies. ): ): The weather's terrific for a swim! *FAF4 turned out to be disappointing; more of draggy than escalating climax. Not forgetting some very cheesy predictable dialogue from VD. Heading to town to check out stuff at K (belated birthday vouchers to spend). Got my BP done yesterday. Turns out it's less complicated than perceived (the process of application); no long queues nor waiting for numbers to beep. Very excited to see how the outcome's like. Of course I am; how many times in your life do you get to put a new picture of present you, on a new passport? 21 looks better than 14!! My mom's pushy on getting travel insurance for my Melbourne vacation. :3 I think it's plain dumb (to come up with money to assure yourself/loved ones). * NOTE: THIRD DAY OF POST-SURGERY RECOVERY. Hence I'm not allowed to exercise, lest i bleed to death in the water. Sunday, April 19, 4/19/2009 06:28:00 AM
The weather's drying everyone up; it's those lingering humidity that eats you up, bit by bit. Off to do up the Biometric passport next week! |
